ISO 2015

It’s your event.  You are planning it in detail.  Every element.  Nothing is left to chance.  The invites are designed and printed, along with the table centrepieces.  The table plan is done.  You’ve approved and even sampled the menu.

But how do you know that everything technical will work on the night?   You can’t test that in advance.

Like all ISO standards, ISO 9001 is based upon a system of continual improvement called PDCA (Plan, Do, Check, Act).

It is all based on trust: Belief that the AV and video company will come through and deliver as well as they say they will.

That’s why so many Production companies put so much effort into displaying the fruits of their labours on their website: photo galleries, case studies, testimonial quotes from happy customers.  But then again, they aren’t going to put up the negative stuff are they – its all going to be good!

That’s why at Groundzero live, which is part of Ground:zero Productions Ltd, we have invested a huge amount of time, effort . . . and money, into obtaining a certification which actually proves that we do what we say we will.  Not many production companies hold the ISO9001 certification for Quality Management, but we have held this valuable accreditation since 2015, and retained it every year since.

Not many production companies hold the ISO9001 certification for Quality Management, but we have held this valuable accreditation since 2015.

And this year we have successfully upgraded that certification to reflect the more rigorous requirements of the new 2015 standard.  We don’t do it for ourselves – we do it so that you KNOW that with Ground:zero your show will be exactly as you want it.

That’s our safe hands promise.  One less thing to worry about.
